Panorama is a bakery restaurant.
A restaurant that produces its bread on site, and offers a range of plates in table service where bread is either a main element (sandwiches, toast, etc.) or a complementary element of the dish (charcuterie, cheese, tapas, salad, eggs, soup).
Thus, in the morning and afternoon, Panorama is developing a coffee shop offer with hot drinks (coffee and specialty teas, marcha) and cold drinks (homemade iced tea, well-sourced juices), as well as a short offer of savory and sweet dishes (toasted sandwiches, boiled egg, brioche perdue, cookie, etc.).
In the evening, the restaurant offers a more sharing-oriented offering, with several tapas-style plates, where bread is a complementary element, charcuterie, cheeses and worked dipping plates (hummus, homemade rillettes, veggie terrine, etc.). Breads baked throughout the day then give way to sourdough pizzettes served minute.
A fine selection of natural wines completes the restaurant's offering.
All the products served are fresh and perfectly sourced, from ancient wheat flours to organic or sustainable fruits and vegetables, specialty coffees and teas, as well as charcuterie and cheeses from our French regions.
For our breads, we use well-sourced, old French wheat flours, stone-ground using ancestral, artisanal methods. In this way, the flour retains all its nutritional qualities.
These flours are mixed every morning by our baker with microfiltered water on site, unrefined sea salt and our sourdough.
We favor long fermentations that allow the breads to digest a large part of the gluten for us, thus offering a much more digestible bread.
